Bram East neighborhood is located between Highway 50 and Claireville conservation area. It is popular for the bigger lots size homes. The average homes are more than 3000 square foot range.

It is best suited for people working in the city of Toronto or people working close to the Airport area. They can enjoy the Claireville conservation area during summer evenings or weekends.
